FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT
This is a major point of emphasis in all levels of basketball.
All of our officials have been taught & instructed to officiate this point of emphasis strictly.
FREE THROWS
You cannot contact the free throw shooter EVER. That is a foul!!
You cannot enter the circle where the free throw shooter is before the ball hits the rim.
If done, that is a violation & the shooter will get another free throw if the shot was missed.
SUBSTITUTIONS
Coaches are to follow WTPR policies for playing time.
After the 3rd quarter, the referees will check the official book to insure these rules are being followed.

CONCUSSION COURSE
INSTRUCTIONS
- Within the "courses" heading select "Register to take Courses"
- Go to Account Setup and Complete
- Sign In
- Scroll Down to Elective Courses & Click Order Course
- Select "I Am Ordering Course For Myself". Press Continue
- Make sure New Jersey is selected as the state.
- Select Save and then click Checkout
- On top of the page, you should see My Homepage/Courses tab
- You should be able to select "Begin the Course and Continue".

If any player exhibits any signs of a concussion after an incident, for example Headache, Nausea, Blurred Vision, etc., the officials WILL remove the player from the game and will not be allowed to return. The official has absolute authority over this issue.
