Regular price is $100 per team sponsor – Pay by September 15th your cost will be $80 – (which is 20% Off Regular price) – Sponsor two teams or more, cost per $75 – (which is 25% Off Regular price)

Dear Potential Sponsor,
Once again it is that time of year to begin our organization and administration of the 2010-2011 Youth Basketball Program for Washington Township.
With anticipation of approximately 2,000 children involved in this program, we have an URGENT need for your participation in our sponsor program which has been the backbone of our youth sport programs in the past.
Your support and financial contribution plays a major role in the success of this program since the Township does not provide direct funding for the operation of the league.
The $100.00 sponsor fee covers the cost of shirts for your team as well as helping cover some of the equipment costs, referee fees, first aid supplies, basketballs, nets, scorebooks, rulebooks, whistles, etc.
In turn, you will receive:
- Publicity both through the shirt being worn all year round and articles in local newspapers.
- Tax benefits since all sponsorships are a donation, thus a tax deductible expenditure.
- Team photo or certificate of appreciation to proudly display in your place of business or home.
- More importantly this is a gift that you make to benefit the continuing development of all our children.
In order for us to be successful, we need your financial support. We thank you for your past support and we look forward to its continuation in the future.
Please return your sponsorship by October 29, 2010 so that the shirts with your company’s name will be available when the games begin.
