The WTPR Basketball Board is always looking for League Coordinators for our Intramural program.  If interested please email us at wtbasketball@comcast.net.

Please considered being a League Coordinator.

For those of you who have your Meghan’s Law Certificates, please check the expiration date.  It might be time to renew your certificate. If so, please stop by WTPR on Egg Harbor Road to pick up a packet to get your certificate renewed before it expires.

All coaches & assistants MUST be certified prior to the first practice.  The process may take up to a month to complete, so please pick up your packets now if your renewal date is within 3 months.

For parents whose children will be playing for the first time (especially if they will be in the Clinic–ages 5 and 6), please become Megan’s Law certified.  We will need parents helping at the Clinic sessions and Washington Twp requires that any adult must be certified if they will be on the court.

WTPR Basketball Advisory Board meetings are OPEN to ALL to ATTEND.  The monthly meetings are held on the last Wednesday of every month from 7pm-8pm  at the Grenloch Terrace Community Center on Hurffville-Grenloch Rd.  The Public Session of each Board Meeting begins at 7:00pm and ends no later than 7:30pm, followed immediately by the Closed Session.

If you wish to address the Board, please notify us of the specific matter at least 1 week prior to the meeting so that we can add it to the agenda.  Email the board at wtbasketball@comcast.net.
