Monthly Basketball Advisory Meetings
WTPR Basketball Advisory Board meetings are OPEN to ALL to ATTEND. The monthly meetings are held on the last Wednesday of every month from 7pm-8pm at the Grenloch Terrace Community Center on Hurffville-Grenloch Rd. The Public Session of each Board Meeting begins at 7:00pm and ends no later than 7:30pm, followed immediately by the Closed Session.
If you wish to address the Board, please notify us of the specific matter at least 1 week prior to the meeting so that we can add it to the agenda. Email the board at wtbasketball@comcast.net.
